Protein smoothie from the 10 Day Sugar Detox

Ingredients

75g frozen blueberries, 50g frozen cranberries, 1/4 organic lemon with rind (optional), 1TBSP almond butter, 1 TBSP each pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, 2 raw Brazil nuts, 2raw walnuts, 1/4 avocado,1/2 TBSP extra virgin coconut butter, 120mL unsweetened almond or hemp milk and 120 ml water. 

Toss all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker. My Nutri bullet is my go to. Enjoy
